President Bola Tinubu has written the Senate to withdraw the nomination of Maryam Shetty as a Minister, replacing her with Mairiga Mahmoud.
PRESIDENT Bola ahmed Tinubu has removed Dr Maryam Shetty from Kano State as a Ministerial nominee that is billed to be due for screening today.
In a letter to the Senate read by the Senate president, Godswill Akpabio, the President of the Republic of Nigeria replaced her with Mairiga Mahmoud.
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has also for screening by the Senate, the immediate past Minister of Labour and Productivity, Festus Keyamo, SAN from Delta State as a ministerial nominee.
It is viable to note that the President had on Wednesday forward Maryam shetty's name alongside the name of eighteeen nominees, with the addition of kemayo, the ministerial nominees has now risen to forty-eight.
