Job Description

The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experience. This includes managing staff, optimizing hotel performance, maintaining high-quality service standards, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

Operations Management:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the hotel.

Ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Monitor and manage hotel budgets and financial performance.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Guest Relations:

Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly.

Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Facilities Management:

Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel facilities.

Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping staff.

Sales and Marketing:

Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.

Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of successful leadership.
